THE STUDENT Representative Council (SRC) President of Dabala Senior High Technical School has called on students, teachers, alumni, and community leaders to work together to improve student welfare.

Speaking at the 2025 SRC Week Celebration, Master Elorm Gabriel Fometsi highlighted challenges facing students, including a dilapidated school canteen, lack of a proper public address system, and inadequate study spaces.
The SRC has initiated the construction of a new canteen, which the President described as a symbol of the council’s commitment to improving student welfare. Master Fometsi appealed to leaders, old students, and esteemed guests to support the project, emphasizing that their generosity would leave a lasting legacy.
The theme of the celebration, “Building Foundations for a Better Future: Promoting Equality, Innovation, and Inclusive Growth,” resonated with the President’s call to action.
The President urged students to take responsibility for their environment, studies, and collective future, emphasizing that change begins with individual actions.

The President expressed gratitude to teachers and administrators for their dedication and encouraged students to work together to build the Dabala SHTS they all dream of.
The SRC Week Celebration aims to promote student excellence, unity, and collective responsibility, and the President’s call to action is expected to galvanize efforts to improve student welfare and achieve the school’s goals.
