THE Paramount Chief of Ningo-Prampram, Nene Tetteh Waker III, has commended Archbishop Nicholas Duncan-Williams, Member of Parliament (MP) for Ningo-Prampram, Samuel Nartey George, and the District Chief Executive (DCE), Hon. Raphael Uriel Nartey, for their commitment to providing the community with a befitting police station.
The Paramount Chief described the ongoing project as a major and much-needed development that would strengthen policing and improve security services in the area.
Nene Tetteh Waker III said he was particularly encouraged by the progress of work, stressing that the facility, when completed, would provide the police with a better working environment to effectively serve and protect residents.
“I am especially impressed with the progress of work to date, and it is encouraging to see this much-needed facility taking shape,” he said.
He expressed appreciation to all those whose vision, support and efforts had brought the project to its current stage, and called for the remaining works to be completed as quickly as possible.
“We appreciate the vision, support and work that have brought the project this far. We pray that the rest of the works will be completed in record time so that our Police Department will soon have the much-needed facility to serve and protect the people of Prampram effectively,” the Paramount Chief added.
He said the community was looking forward to the completion of the project, describing the new police facility as an important investment in the safety and development of Ningo-Prampram.
