All Indications and economic indicators have shown clearly that Ghana has retrogress in terms of development within the last three years since His Excellency Addo Danquah Akufo-Addo took office as President of Ghana.
The years before 2019 were better and stress-free because the NDC administration led by His Excellency John Dramani Mahama has saved a lot in the country’s coffers and also invested massively in the Agriculture sector, health sector, educational sector, industrial organisations, roads, security services, among others.
After two years of mismanaging what they (NPP) came to meet, it has become a serious challenge for the government to use appropriate means to raise revenues for the nation and has subjected the citizenry to payment of nuisance taxes after several loans contracted from our foreign aids that cannot be accounted for.
From 2019 to 2022, the severity of the suffering of Ghanaians has become real that a child can even attest to that fact, but they continue to blame it on covid-19. Ghana has been one of the luckiest countries that received more than necessary from countries and philanthropists helped to curb the spread of the virus.
We are suffering today under the leadership of President Akufo-Addo because, he has failed to be transparent in his leadership. For the first time I saw a failing government who continue to raise his shoulders that all is well, dishonest leadership.
My personal observations revail that, if stakeholders of this nation kept mute on happenings, then, I’m afraid, 2023 and 2024 will be more severe than 1982/3.
Again, from where I sit, Nana Akufo-Addo will bag home as the most incompetent Head of State ever.
The current educational system under this government, the least said about it the better.
The health sector is not to be left out.
The value of our cedi has depreciated so badly under the solid economic team.
Hooligans and hoodlums of party persons are in security uniforms.
There has inflation on every single item sold in this country in the so-called face of planting for food and jobs.
If not because it will be a disgrace for us as a nation, the best thing His Excellency Nana Akuffo Addo could have do to save the little respect people have for him is to resign from office.
May God help us and help our nation as well.
