THE Pilgrims Affairs Office of Ghana (PAOG) has approved 42 accredited Hajj agents to facilitate arrangements for Ghanaian pilgrims for the 2027 Hajj pilgrimage.
The approved agents were contained in a press release issued on September 3, 2026, and signed by the Director of Communications of PAOG, Mohammed Amin Lamptey Hussein.
According to the statement, the full details of the 42 accredited agents have been attached to the release for the information of prospective pilgrims.
PAOG has, therefore, urged prospective pilgrims to deal only with the approved agents and be cautious of individuals who may falsely claim to be accredited Hajj agents.
The Office warned that dealing with unaccredited persons could expose prospective pilgrims to unnecessary difficulties and possible financial losses.
The statement also urged prospective pilgrims to pay their Hajj fares promptly to avoid last-minute inconveniences.

“Please note: No partial payment will be accepted,” the statement added.
Prospective pilgrims who require further information or clarification have been advised to contact PAOG via email at Pilgrimghana@gmail.com or call 0537383992 / 0243206171. They may also reach the Office on WhatsApp via +233 537 383 992.
The statement was issued by Mohammed Amin Lamptey, Director of Communications, PAOG.
