
THE HB Braimah Education Foundation LBG, founded by the Member of Parliament for Salaga South, Hajia Zuwera Mohammed Ibrahimah, has disbursed a total of GHS68,726.97 to support students in the constituency to pay their academic user fees.
The support forms part of efforts to reduce the financial difficulties facing students and help them continue their education in various tertiary and professional training institutions across the country. Students from the following institutions benefited from the support:
University of Ghana, Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, University of Cape Coast, Savannah College of Education, Kpembe Nursing and Midwifery Training College, Nkanchina Community Nursing Training College,
Speaking about the initiative, Hon. Hajia Zuwera Ibrahimah said education remains one of the strongest tools for fighting poverty and improving lives.

She noted that the Foundation is committed to ensuring that hardworking and brilliant students are not denied education because of financial challenges.
“Education is the key to the development of every community. Through the HB Braimah Education Foundation, we want to support students to achieve their dreams and also contribute positively to the development of Salaga South,” she stated.
The Foundation also assured residents that it will continue to expand its educational support programmes in the coming years as part of efforts to promote human capital development in the constituency.
