
THE WORLD Human Rights Association and Donimu (Malta) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) aimed at advancing human rights and humanitarian work across the globe.
The agreement was signed by King Oyanka, Chairman of the World Human Rights Association, and Chev. Jean Pierre Calleja, Founder of Donimu (Malta). It was witnessed by H.E. Amb. Dr. Pierre Vatel, Leader of V.A.T.E.L. International and representative of Donimu’s Foreign Office.
The partnership will focus on three key areas:
- Promoting human rights education and public awareness
- Supporting advocacy for vulnerable and marginalized groups
- Strengthening international collaboration and training
King Oyanka described the agreement as “a step forward in bringing dignity and justice to people everywhere.”

Chev. Jean Pierre Calleja added, “We believe this partnership will help us reach more people and push for positive change worldwide.”
H.E. Amb. Dr. Pierre Vatel also welcomed the partnership, calling for greater global cooperation in defending human rights and supporting those in need.
