THE FAMILY of the late Ghanaian music legend, Charles Kwadwo Fosu, popularly known as Daddy Lumba, has issued a strong warning to individuals and media outlets spreading unverified claims about the musician.
In a statement released by their legal representatives, Baba Jamal & Associates, the Fosu Family said they have observed various videos, public statements, and social media posts making allegations against the late singer.
The family encouraged anyone with genuine and verifiable claims to contact their lawyers directly for resolution.
They also warned that those who continue to share false, defamatory, or misleading content about Daddy Lumba will be held legally accountable.
The statement further called on the public to show respect and decorum as Ghana prepares to give a dignified farewell to one of its greatest music icons.
