Story By: Emmanuel Anyigba

THE MEMBER of Parliament for Amenfi Central, Hon. Joana Gyan Cudjoe, has urged her constituents, especially the youth, to act quickly whenever job opportunities are announced.

Speaking during the second phase of her “Thank You Tour” across the constituency, the MP emphasized that slow responses often lead to missed chances. “I have to make several announcements before people show interest in job openings,” she told residents at various community engagements.

To make things easier and more organized, Hon. Gyan Cudjoe directed all job applications to be submitted through the Amenfi Central District Assembly, specifically through the District Chief Executive, Mr. Peter Amponsah. This, she said, would help streamline the process and ensure that qualified applicants are not left out.

She reminded residents that job creation is one of her key priorities and stressed the need for strong collaboration between her office and the local authorities to achieve better results.

The tour also gave her the opportunity to thank her constituents for their support and update them on development plans in the pipeline.

Community members welcomed her call and pledged to respond more promptly to employment opportunities, viewing her message as a step toward tackling youth unemployment and promoting economic empowerment in the area.
