IT’S BEEN a week after the Eastern Regional Delegates Conference that elected me as the Regional Chairman.
As communicated earlier by the Regional Secretary, the Region had its first meeting in the spirit of unity and respect for each other. I am grateful to my Regional executives who have pledged to rally behind me to work towards victory 2024.
Consequently, I have reached out to all those who contested with me. They have pledged their support and preparedness to work in the interest of the party. They are all guided by the need to win power in 2024 and take the country out of the economic quagmire it finds itself now.
On behalf of the Eastern Region NDC, I urge all aspirants who could not win to put the elections behind them and come on board to work towards victory 2024. These include constituency and branch aspirants.
I also urge party members and sympathisers to give the newly elected executives, at all levels, the maximum support. Let us respect the party structures and eschew acts of indiscipline that could hinder our match towards victory 2024.
I urge us all to remain united and give our all. Elections are over. We must focus on the bigger task ahead of us. We have pledged to our grassroot and they expect nothing but a win in 2024. We can’t afford to let them down! Let’s Do it Together!
