ROYAL HOMOWO FESTIVAL IN THE MAKING AT OBLIEMAN-OPA, AMASAMAN

THE ONGOING SCINTILLATING HOMOWO festival in the Ga State has catch up with the chief and the people of Oblieman-Opa in the Ga West Municipality in Accra.

Following the powers inherited from the Royal Thrones of Ancestors King Ayikushie of the Ga Kingdom, Queen Tassi Hangbe of the Benin Kingdom, and their subordinate lineage, including King Tackie Oblie II (Ayitey Canada), His Highness John Kwabla Zola (AGBAKALOLO), and Alexander Dodoo, Nii Ayitey Anumle Oyanka I extends his warmest wishes for a joyous Homowo Festival.

Today, the August 31 2024 is slated for Royal Health Walk scrosd Oblieman-Opa township.

However, King Nii Ayitey Oyanka I, indicated that as part of their Royal Traditional Episode of 2024, themed “Uprising Through Education,” the Royal Kingdom, announce that this year’s Homowo festival celebration will be observed quietly.

To all Diasporans around the world who share a bond with the Kingdom members of the West African Montessori Model United Nations, the Anamase Coalition in America and beyond, the Anamase Royal Alliance, the O.A.T State under the United Nations Civil Society (ECOSOC), King Nii Oyanka I wished them a happy Homowo.

He also wished the partners in the American Congress, Royal Ambassadors and appointees, Royal Trustees in America and beyond, the Amazon Royal Family of the Benin Kingdom and its trustees, the Senator State Department of Georgia, the World Human Rights Council Headquarters in India, a happy Homowo festival.

In his statement to the media, he further mentioned members of the Council of International Chambers of Commerce (CICC), members of the Hun Boxing Federation in Turkey and beyond, and the Ga-Ameri Board of Directors and wish them a Happy Homowo Festival.

King Oyanka I would sprinkle Kpekpoi across his catchment areas in the Ga West Municipality and the Homowo celebration on the quiet follows from August 30 – 31, 2024.

“May the ancestral spirits and the gods bless us all with long life, success, and victories in the coming festive seasons”, King Nii Ayitey Anumle Oyanka I prayed.
