FATHER HENRY AHORLU, head of Prince of Peace Catholic Church at Kwashiman in the Greater Accra Region has bemoaned the state of Ghana that, a credible leader is needed to lead the country to glory.
Speaking to our reporter in an interview, after the activities of Dr. Kenneth Elvis Anewenah Foundation with the needy in Accra, Father Ahorlu was of the view that the country has leadership deficit.

Father Ahorlu, who doubles as the President of Accra Archdiocese, hopes that as Ghana gears towards December 7, 2024 elections, Ghanaians will elect a leader who has integrity, who thinks about the nation first and who is ready to develop the country.
“I believe if that becomes the mission of all Ghanaians to get people who are development minded, people who think alot about this nation and not themselves, corruption will greatly reduce”, he stressed.

He further emphasized that Ghana needs people of integrity to lead the country; and to this, a credible Electoral Commission is required in this fit; hence the need to put into prayer for God to intervene for the 2024 elections to be fair, credible and peaceful.
For the good of all in this country, the onus lies on the integrity of the independence of Electoral Commission led by Madam Jean Adukwei Mensah, to conduct nothing but transparent, fair and credible general elections.
