RESIDENTS of Gamenu Electoral Area in South Tongu may soon see relief as municipal engineers and local leaders begin feasibility studies on the Gamenu–Hawui Adidokpo road, a stretch that has remained in poor condition for decades.
The inspection was led by Assembly Member Hon. Seyram Glah, together with officials from the South Tongu Municipal Roads Department and the Municipal DRIP Coordinator. The team assessed the road and engaged community elders on the way forward.
Engineers called for community support to ensure smooth execution once construction begins. Hon. Glah thanked the Municipal Assembly for responding to the concerns of residents, expressing hope that the project will boost transport and economic activities in the area.
