TWO PROMINENT African crypto innovators, King NII AYITEY Oyanka and Asafoatse Nii Adama Djata, are leading a bold step toward transforming digital banking and investment across Africa with the launch of the Gold Land Units (GLUNOTES) initiative.
The GLUNOTES project is built to connect traditional wealth, such as gold reserves and ancestral lands; with modern blockchain-based financial systems. This approach allows for the secure and efficient management of digital assets, offering transparency, speed, and global accessibility.
In their latest newsletter, the founders announced exciting updates on the project’s expansion and introduced a Private Placement Programme (PPP) that invites high-value investors to participate in the growing crypto and tokenized assets space.

Key Features of the GLUNOTES Project:
- Tokenized Assets: Real-world assets like real estate, art, and commodities are converted into digital tokens. This allows for shared ownership and easy transfers.
- Institutional Adoption: Major banks are beginning to explore tokenized assets, showing confidence in the long-term viability of crypto-based investment.
- Regulatory Progress: More governments are working to establish laws to make crypto investing safer and clearer for everyone involved.
Private Placement Program (PPP)
The PPP is a high-yield investment opportunity backed by royal gold reserves and ancestral lands in Ghana, Benin, and Maharlika exchange zones.
- Tier 1: 100,000 minimum entries, 20
- Tier 2:250,000 and above, 24% annual return, paid quarterly
- Eligible Participants: Accredited investors, sovereign funds, tribal trusts, and institutions
The programme is administered under the GLU Sovereign Trust with leadership from Asafoatse Nii Adama Djata, who serves as Grand Advisor to King Oyanka.
The two prominent founders say their mission is to build prosperity for future generations by merging Africa’s natural wealth with cutting-edge digital finance solutions. Through the GLUNOTES initiative, they aim to open up new investment channels for African communities and beyond.
