MUNICIPAL Chief Executive of La Dade-Kotopon, Hon. Alfredos Nii Anyetei, says the Assembly’s newly launched 12-year development plan is a product of broad consultations with residents, churches, and key institutions across the municipality.
Speaking to NationalTymes.com after the official launch, he explained that the plan addresses both present challenges and future needs, particularly in anticipation of population growth. “We gathered input from across La—from churches to market areas—and developed a long-term plan to guide our development,” he stated.
He added that implementation begins next year, 2026, with projects phased across medium-term targets to ensure steady progress.

The MCE appointed out that the plan is designed to remain in place across different administrations, offering continuity regardless of political changes.
Hon. Nii Anyetei reiterated the Assembly’s commitment to inclusive development, job creation, and improved service delivery, calling on all residents and stakeholders to support its implementation for a better future.
