
IN AN ACCEPTABLE move to champion the growth of companies within the Free Zones enclave, the CEO of Ghana Free Zones Authority, Dr. Mary Awusi has received the bankroller of the Angel Group of Companies for a strategic engagement.
The purposeful meeting discussed the interest of the company in securing a Free Zones License as part of a broader strategic objective to expanding industrial operations and enhancing export capacity.

The bankroller, Dr. Kwaku Oteng, articulated a clear and forward-looking a plan for a growth which aligns with the objectives of the Free Zones Programmes.
The CEO of Ghana Free Zones Authority, Dr. Mary Awusi, outlined the comprehensive incentives available under the Free Zones Scheme, including competitive tax benefits, which streamline access to regional and international markets — particularly through the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA); this include a broader support framework designed to promote industrial competitiveness.

Dr. Awusi indicated that following Angels Group’s significant contributions to local manufacturing, value addition, and employment generation, she is optimistic that the company is well-positioned to thrive within the Free Zones ecosystem.
