THE MINISTRY of Communications, Digital Technology and Innovation (MoCDTI) has embarked on a strategic human resource restructuring initiative in line with the President’s vision to reset Ghana’s governance framework.

According to a media advisory issued on Saturday, February 15, 2025, the restructuring aims to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the Ministry, its agencies and associated programmes.

As part of the process, the Minister had previously requested the CVs of all Directors and senior management staff, signaling an impending realignment.

The first phase of the restructuring has already been implemented, impacting key agencies such as the National Communications Authority and the Ghana Digital Acceleration Programme, in collaboration with the World Bank.

Additional changes are expected in the coming weeks as the Ministry continues its efforts to optimize operations.

THE MINISTER OF COMMUNICATIONS, DIGITAL TEVHNOLOGY & INNOVATION (MoCDTI).

The Minister expressed appreciation for the dedication and service of all staff and extended best wishes for their future professional endeavors.

This restructuring marks a significant shift in Ghana’s digital governance strategy, reinforcing efforts to streamline operations and improve service delivery in the technology and innovation sectors.
