OKAIKOI SOUTH Constituency branch of the failed ruling NPP has contructed people to remove posters of the NDC Parliamentary Candidate (PC) posted on walls in the area.
This political evil act is led by the newly elected Okaikoi South Municipal Sub-metro Chairman, George Quaye whose boys were caught around Kwame Nkrumah Circle in Accra removing the posters.
Ernest Adomako, the NDC PC appears as a serious threat and making the NPP MP, Darkua Newman and the party restless in the area. Hence the removal of posters bearing NDC colours and pictures of the PC, Mr Adomako and former President John Dramani Mahama all over the constituent.
To this, NDC sympathisers who saw the action informed Mr Adomako aka Keon of the evil act. He went to see for himself some of the contructed guys in the evening busily removing his posters at Nkrumah circle and captured them on camera for evidence sake.
NDC guys in and around place rushed to support their PC, Mr. Adomako aka Keon at circle where he caught the boys infront of the VIP bus terminal where the act was going on.
People were surprised with the swift manner Ernest Adomako, NDC PC, the Constituency Chairman and his executives, and party faithfuls turned up in their numbers at circle that evening.
The NDC PC indicated the party showed preparedness going into 2024 general elections by demonstrating to the NPP their vigilance to the admiration of people at circle. “We will not succumb to their (NPP) intimidation tactics. The 2024 general elections will be a different ball game altogether”, Mr. Adomako assured.
Commending his executives and the youth who joined him, he said, “we have shown them that there is strength in numbers”. “As law-abiding party members, we will wait for the scheduled meeting by the Assembly”. “However, a word of caution: if they do not restore all the posters that were removed, we will take our own measures”, he warned.
INDEED, THE VICTORY OF THE NDC IS ON THE HORIZON ONCE AGAIN!
