Greater Accra Regional Branch of National Democratic Congress (NDC) has replaced Joseph Kobina Ade-Coker entirely for a new person at its delegates elections conference today, Sunday, November 13, 2022.

THE OUTGONE GT. ACCRA REGIONAL NDC CHAIRMAN, JOSEPH KOBINA ADE-COKE.

The NDC Delegates Elections Conference which took place at the Tema Sports Stadium, was hugely attended by executives and party supporters from 34 constituencies in the Greater Accra Region who beautifully graced the occasion.

Nii Ashie Moore beat Joseph Kobina Ade-Coker and three others who were highly tipped to win the regional chairmanship race and subsequently lead Greater Accra Regional NDC to snatch power in 2024 general elections.

Some delegates an interview with Nationaltymes.com, Mr. Ade-Coker lost his position due to accusations of election problems at some constituencies. They mention Ayawaso West Wuogon, Amasaman and other constituencies who could not take part in the just ended Greater Accra Regional elections conference.

THE NEWLY ELECTED GT. ACCRA REGIONAL NDC CHAIRMAN, NII ASHIE MOORE.

Prior to the conference at Tema, two incumbent Regional Vice-Chairmen, William Vinyo and Ibrahim Jajah were not contested.

Below are the elected officers and their deputies to man the region for the next four (4) year term, as they are expected to increase the number of the Parliamentary seats and maximize votes in Accra to catapult the NDC back to power in 2025.
