There is nothing as gratifying as feeling the words of Mathew 25:23 being repeated to you. His Lord said to him, “well done my good and faithful servant.You have been faithful over a little, I will set you over much, enter the joy of the Lord”.
Self introspection is key in every decision. After 4 years in office, I have taken stock, and feel convinced that I can confidently campaign for a renewal of mandate. I pray this request finds you well.
An office or position is to serve and not to lord it over others or just to occupy a front seat.
From day one, I took my oath of office with deep thoughts, especially the line that reads; I will uphold, preserve, protect and defend the constitution of the National Democratic Congress as by law established.
This in effect is a call to duty. This week, I will be commencing a 275 constituency campaign tour.
Let me humbly use this opportunity to ask for your support both spiritually and physically. Campaigns have never been easy, this is where family and friends show up, and I will count on you and everyone else.
Let me first appreciate all those who have shown interest in joining my campaign team. How I wish I could have moved all of you along, but it’s not possible, resource constraint. I will be much grateful if you can put all your efforts in delivering your constituencies for me since politics is local.
May the roads be safe for every aspirant as we crisscross the country to listen and also be heard in our quest to serve the party and the country. Stay blessed and stay safe.
