The Techieman South New Patriotic Party (NPP) Member of Parliament, MP and Deputy Minister of Regional Reorganisation and Development, Martin Adjei-Mensah Korsah has been accused of land theft at Tse-Addo, La in the Greater Accra Region.
The caretaker landlord, whose only name was Bernard indicated that President Akuffo-Addo’s darling boy, Mr. Adjei-Mensah Korsah is using his position as MP and Deputy Minister to bulldoze his way where he started developing the land without documents.
The caretaker landlord who claimed they have genuine documents, told National Tymes in an interview that they have reported the matter at the Police Headquarters in Accra and when the two parties were asked of their documents, the NPP MP could not produce even a sheet of paper to the police.
Bernard hinted he has a recorded conversation with the Deputy Minister where he (MP) tries to deceive him to help get the land. In a related development, the caretaker indicated the MP uses his position to send some Army officers after the landlady by name Madam Lydia Forson, a business woman and himself, Bernard.
According to him, they have to report the matter to the police to intervene following the dangerous manner Mr Adjei-Mensah Korsah was operating. As at last Monday, 26, 2021 Mr Adjei-Mensah Korsah, who is battling his position as MP at the Techieman High Court, is busily developing the Tse-Addo land at a high velocity with landguards providing 24/7 security, meanwhile the police had warned the parties not to step foot on the land until the matter is settled.
The caretaker landlord hinted he has also a petitioned the police against Mr Adjei-Mensah Korsah who is standing firm on his grounds to build on the land. Adding, he told this portal that the NPP MP sworn that he will use his government to take the land from them at all cost.
