The people of Adjen Kotoku in Ga West Constituency in the Greater Accra Region have described the visit of President Akuffo-Addo to campaign in the area for votes as useless.
The electorates who converged at Adjen Kotoku lorry/tipper station at 3pm went back home without any particular message which the President is campaigning for his second term bid.
Nana Addo who came at 6 : 33pm spoke Twi, where he acknowledged the Chiefs and indicated he pleaded with the people in 2016 to try him with their votes to transform the country.
To this, he asked the crowd if he has not delivered his promise for them and the crowd responded with shout. With this reason, he appealed with Adjen Kotoku electorates to give him 4 more years to continue.
Some of the electorates who came to watch the President and listen to him, were more confused of what kind of new campaign message Mr. Akuffo-Addo delivered to convince any discerning electorates to vote him.
In an interview with Nationaltymes.com some of the electorates could not mention any project Akuffo-Addo pointed out and which could be attributed to him that he has delivered in the Ga West Constituency.
According to some of electorates, they voted NPP in 2016 but they are disappointed he could not speak to the party manifesto or say anything new to warrant his second term endorsement.
They said they expecting him to say something on the condition of the railway system in the area because train is a major means of transportation for the people of Adjen Kotoku.
Akuffo-Addo assumed power in 2017 and the railway system collapsed in few months later and all the trains broken down for close to three (3) years now and the people resulted to other means of transport.
Mr. Akuffo-Addo begged the electorates to vote for the NPP Parliamentary Candidate, PC because he would need his support at the parliament to enable him to deliver his manifesto promise.
