The post that the former Prampram National Democratic Congress (NDC) Chairman, Micheal Tetteh Kwetey is a mole in the party is a vile propaganda against him following his intent to shake-up Accra.
In a statement issued in Accra, indicated that this ridiculous allegation against the young business tycoon, Mr. Tetteh Kwetey was to immediately kill his intentions to aspire for the NDC Greater Accra Regional Chairmanship position.
According to a statement issued by Shamsu Shaibu Mohammed the only Ebenezer Narh he knows is the former NPP MP for the Ablekuma Central Constituency and if he was the one behind the post to tarnish the young man’s image, it is most unfortunate for NDC internal fraternity.
He described Mr. Narh an NPP authored-script who finds its way onto a major NDC Platform like the Diplomatic to smacks an agenda of a fifth columnist who thinks himself the “goddess of the river”. Shaibu Mohammed, a Political Activist, indicated “its quite intriguing and most unfortunate”.
He added further that, “the NDC party is not a dynasty and will never be so, under any circumstances and that should be made clear!”
Shaibu Mohammed argued that Mr. Tetteh Kwettey was once a Financier to Mr. Enorch Teye Mensah in the elections of Ningo-Prampram just as he has been to the NDC in the Greater Accra Region.
Narh’s writeups against Enorch Teye Mensah, popularly known in politics as E. T. Mensah for his recent unacceptable outburst, sought to target and denigrate the image of the former Prampram NDC Chairman, Micheal Tetteh Kwetey instead of ET Mensah.
To this, Shaibu Mohammed said when he interrogated the logic of Narh’s writeup which intended to drag in MichaelTetteh, he thought it wise to point out that, there is no contention in the suspicion against E. T. Mensah as a turncoat against his (E. T. Mensah) own party, given his recent public pronouncements.
“But in calling him out to berate him, which I believe is legitmate, what has that got to do with the person of Michael Kwetey Tetteh? If not for an genda to denigrate the reputation of his person, what justification would Narh assign for drawing Michael’s name into this? It is so ridiculous!”, he opined.
He also pointed out the inconsistencies and folly in Narh’s statement that, E. T. Mensah sponsored Michael Kwetey the business tycoon when it was rather the opposite in 2008 electioneering campaign at the Prampram Constituency?
Adding, Shaibu Mohammed posited, “this should give us an inkling into the possible ‘boardroom recipe’ that preceeded the story…this clearly is an agenda by a self-imposed persimist to thwart the inevitable intention of Michael Tetteh Kwetey to contest in the next Greater Accra Regional Chairmanship elections, which I believe is dead on arrival”.
