One of the nieces of Gregory Afoko, Cynthia Afoko has stormed the National Democratic Congress (NDC) Youth Wing demonstration dubbed “Justice Protest” to demand justice for her uncle.

Uncle Gregory Afoko and two otherd were accused of murdering the Upper West Regional Chairman of the NPP, Alhaji Mahama in 2015.
According to Cynthia Afoko, her uncle is in police custody for the past six years despite been granted bail by a High Court of competent jurisdiction yet, he was refused.

Ms. Cynthia Afoko was spotted by Nationaltymes.com wading a placard with two inscriptions, “Justice for Gregory Afoko Now” and other, “Polarize Judicial System, Free Gregory Afoko Now”.
In an interview with this portal at the side of the demonstration, Cynthia Afoko who was in tease slammed the polarised judicial system of Ghana under the Akufo-Addo/Bawumia led administration of deliberately keeping quiet for her uncle to be in custody despite been granted bail by the court.
Desperate young Cynthia Afoko is calling on the right thinking moral society in Ghana to help demand justice for her uncle, Gregory Afoko.

“My uncle’s current health is fast detolerating, the family want him home so we can give him better medical attention”, she cried.
