The Youth Wing of Nation Democratic Congress (NDC) has petitioned President Akufo-Addo to immediately implement Justice Emile Short led Commission Report on Ayawaso West Wuogon which was described as State sponsored violence.
They also charged President to return all the army sent on the streets brutalising back to the barracks.

The country’s youth from all walks of life clad in red and black joined the NDC to hit the streets of Accra on Tuesday over insecurity, military and police brutalities of civilians, injustice, hardships, culture of silence and unemployment including the death of Ibrahim Mohammed aka Kaaka, two others with four who were injured amid chaotic scenes at Ejura, in the Ashante region.
The people of Wa in the Upper East Region were also not spared as they were brutalised by some military men.

These alleged military men who carried out with the barbaric act were suspected hooligans in the NPP who were serving as security to then NPP opposition leader, Nana Akufo-Addo and to the leadership their party.
