THE Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) for Ayawaso Central, Hon. Rudolph Collingwoode-Williams, popularly known as “The General of Our Time,” has congratulated the newly elected NDC constituency executives, urging them to unite and work together to strengthen the party.
In a congratulatory message issued by the Office of the Municipal Chief Executive, Hon. Collingwoode-Williams described the executives’ victory as a demonstration of the confidence delegates and grassroots members have in their leadership abilities.
He noted that their election reflected the recognition of their dedication, loyalty and hard work towards the growth and development of the National Democratic Congress (NDC).

The Ayawaso Central MCE stressed that the constituency elections should not be viewed as a contest between winners and losers, but as a collective victory for the party and the entire constituency.
He therefore called on both the newly elected and outgoing executives to put their differences behind them, forgive one another and work together as one family with a shared commitment to the progress of the NDC.

Hon. Collingwoode-Williams reaffirmed his commitment, as MCE, to working closely with the constituency leadership to promote development, create opportunities for the youth and women, and strengthen the party’s structures from the branch level to the constituency.
He expressed confidence that the new executives, working together with other party stakeholders, would help build a stronger NDC in Ayawaso Central and contribute to the successful implementation of President John Dramani Mahama’s Resetting Ghana Agenda.

On behalf of the Ayawaso Central Municipal Assembly and in his personal capacity, the MCE wished the newly elected executives a successful and impactful tenure, urging them to make unity, teamwork and the collective interest of the party their guiding principles.
He concluded his message with a call for the continued progress of Ayawaso Central and the NDC.
