THE GHANA Police Service has rescued a 12-year-old boy seen in a viral video tied and brutally assaulted for allegedly stealing GH₵200.
The incident occurred at New Ankasa near Elubo in the Western Region. Two suspects, Issah Morro (58) and Suleman Abdul Rashid (27), have been arrested and are assisting with investigations.
The boy has received medical care and is reunited with his father. The Police urges the public to report any such harmful or suspicious acts.
