THE CHIEF Executive Officer of Marwako Fast Food Ltd, Alhaji Mohammed Marwan Chaaban, was left overwhelmed on Monday after staff surprised him with a special citation to show their appreciation and gratitude.
The gesture came after the CEO, in a bid to strengthen the relationship between management and staff, offered an unexpected salary top-up to all employees last week. The move was to reward their loyalty, dedication, and hard work.
Led by the General Manager, Richmond Kponor, the entire staff gathered on November 17 to present the citation to the CEO as a sign of reciprocity. The emotional moment reportedly left Alhaji Chaaban speechless.
Speaking after the presentation, Mr. Kponor said the CEO’s continuous support has created a positive working atmosphere that promotes innovation, teamwork, trust, and open communication among staff. He noted that the appreciation shown by employees will further improve cooperation and strengthen the sense of unity within the company.
Alhaji Chaaban thanked the staff for the honour and encouraged them to maintain the current spirit of hard work and commitment to Marwako’s vision and mission.
