THE NATIONAL Disaster Management Organisation (NADMO) has carried out a real-time emergency simulation exercise as part of its ongoing Disaster Management and Leadership Training 2025.
The training, led by NADMO’s Operations Department, focused on testing the country’s ability to respond swiftly and effectively to disasters. Participants were taken through a practical exercise that simulated a collapsed building scenario.

Teams demonstrated quick mobilisation, effective coordination, and successful rescue operations during the drill. The exercise tested their ability to work together under pressure, mimicking what would happen in a real-life disaster.
According to officials, the simulation reflects NADMO’s strong commitment to preparedness, professionalism, and saving lives in times of emergency.

The Disaster Management and Leadership Training 2025 is designed to strengthen the skills of disaster responders and improve national resilience against natural and man-made emergencies.
