THE US-based Zango Caucus Coordinator, Alhaji Abdul-Salaam Zeebah, has extended heartfelt congratulations to Hon. Goosie Tanoh on his recent appointment as the Presidential Advisor on the 24-Hour Economy Policy under President John Dramani Mahama’s administration.
Describing Goosie Tanoh as a political father, Alhaji Zeebah recalled the mentoring he received from the seasoned politician over the years during his visits to both the US and Ghana.
He praised Tanoh’s depth of knowledge, humility, and unwavering commitment to progressive national development.

“I couldn’t remain silent when a man like Goosie Tanoh, who has guided me personally, is appointed to such a critical role,” Zeebah said in an interview with Nationaltymes.com. “He is the right person to help drive this transformative policy.”
Alhaji Zeebah expressed full confidence in Tanoh’s ability to provide strategic guidance to the President in implementing the 24-Hour Economy Policy—an initiative designed to revive Ghana’s economy, create jobs, and boost productivity through shift-based work systems, as it is with gent economics.
He added that despite the policy still being in its early stages, it has already begun to gain strong public support and international attention. “Fitch and other rating agencies are now revising Ghana’s economic outlook because of initiatives like this,” Zeebah noted.

He further called on the youth, especially in Zango communities, to prepare themselves with skills and training to take advantage of opportunities the 24-Hour Economy will offer.
