
IN A RESOUNDING show of confidence, Assembly Members of the La Dade-Kotopon Municipal Assembly have unanimously endorsed Alfredos Nii Anyetei as the new Municipal Chief Executive (MCE).
A proud son of the constituency, Alfredos brings over a decade of administrative experience, unshakable grassroots loyalty and a deeply rooted vision for local transformation.
Born and raised in La, Alfredos has spent his career strengthening the institutions and structures that power progress. With a Master’s degree in Ports & Shipping Administration from the Regional Maritime University and a Bachelor’s in Political Science and Philosophy from the University of Ghana, he blends academic rigour with practical leadership.
Professionally, he has served in multiple capacities at the Regional Maritime University since 2006, rising from Administrative Assistant to his current role as Administrator in charge of the Weekend School. His career trajectory speaks of discipline, diligence and strategic execution.
A seasoned NDC activist and current Constituency Youth Organiser, Alfredos has consistently demonstrated his commitment to the party’s grassroots. From mobilizing youth wings and funding campaign efforts to supporting community members in need, his political journey has always been community-first.
