THE NATIONAL National Democratic Congress (NDC) has dismissed allegations made by the New Patriotic Party (NPP) accusing some of its members of being in possession of ballot papers.

Speaking at a press briefing, the NDC’s Communications Officer, Sammy Gyemfi, described the claims as false, baseless and a deliberate attempt by the NPP to mislead the public. He clarified that the accused constituency executives and party members were merely holding sample notices of poll, which were being used for voter education purposes.

Mr. Gyemfi further emphasized that the incidents allegedly reported in the Ketu and Kintampo constituencies were fabrications aimed at diverting attention from pressing national issues.
He urged the public to disregard the NPP’s claims, calling for a focus on addressing the real challenges facing Ghanaians.
