ONE OF THE TRUSTED private schools at Adjen Kotoku in Ga West Municipality of the Greater Accra Region, Grace Hill Academy (GHA), 25, has held a sparkling graduation ceremony over the weekend.

Parents of the students throng the event ground to grace the ceremony as they witness their wards’ graduation to the next level.
The teachers of the school led by the headteacher, Francis Atta teamed up to ensure a sterling performances were put up by the graduants to entertain their parents in various choreographies.

In a brief remarks, extetic Mr. Atta, Grace Hill Academy Headteacher implored the parents to appreciate the efforts of the teachers for their unflinching dedication and hardwork.
In an interview on the sideline of the event with Nationaltymes.com, he appealed to parents to be prompt with payment of their wards’ school fees. “The school fees is the only means we raise funds to pay the teachers that teach the children”, he pointed out.

Mr. Atta further indicated that anytime the parents delay in paying the very moderate school fees, it affects the teachers because they also don’t get paid on time. This, he said affects teaching and learning.

Adding, he said all the little projects that go on in the school are also from the same moderate school fees parents pay in order to improve teaching and learning.
Parents-Teachers Association (PTA) chairman, Mr. Owusu Edmund also reiterated as he emphasized on the paying of the offerdable school fees on time to encourage the teachers to teach with an intrinsic motivation.

Alhaji Jawula Nurudeen, Adjen Kotoku Chokorsi chief, represented Alhaji Moro Ibrahim, Adjen Kotoku Zango Chief, chaired the graduation ceremony with the PTA Chairman as the Co-chair.
