DR. SA-AD IDDRISU, a Ghanaian US-based Economist and a lecturer has supported the idea of excluding certain key NDC parliamentarians from the Party’s National Campaign team.
The exclusion he said was strqqqategic going into the general elections scheduled for December 7, 2024 where focus would be needed at that moment.
“I guess the reason for this exclusion may be to allow all sitting MPs to focus on winning their parliamentary seats in their respective constituencies, rather than following John Dramani Mahama and the campaign team around”, he added.
He was of the viewed that the NDC MPs should rather focus on their parliamentary work in order not to allow the NPP to forcefully impose any unnecessary Bills on parliament.
A section of Ghanaians are complaining of not hearing some names like Haruna, Mutala, Ablakwa, Suhuyini, Sam George, and other notable Members of Parliament (MPs) in the NDC national campaign team.
Dr. Sa-ad was delighted to see personalities such as Dr. Nashiru and Alhaji Hudu Yahaya in the team.
