THE FIRST INEPT PRESIDENT ADDO DANQUAH AKUFO-ADDO WHOSE NAME THE DCE ACTS.

THE FRUSTRATED District Chief Executive (DCE) of Akwatia in the Eastern Region has gained the notoriety to stop an ongoing community project that is at the lentil level.

AKWATIA MP, HENRY BOAKYE YIADOM (a.k.a OKOYO)

The Hon. DCE, Seth Brekorang Ofosu,  went to stop work on an abandoned project intended for community funeral ground, which the Hon. Member of Parliament (MP) for the area, Henry Boakye Yiadom (Okoyo) is continuing. But the disappointed DCE stopped the work with the excuse that the Assembly has now secured funding to complete the project.

THE ON-GOING CONSTRUCTION OF THE COMMUNITY FUNERAL GROUND AT AKWATIA.

The DCE connived with the chief of the area, Nana Ntiamoah Kusi Boabum II,  who happens to be a government appointee at the assembly, to stop the work.

To this, the unhappy youth protested and confronted the chief and the DCE and told them this would not happen under their watch, for anyone to stop a project that would benefit the entire community.

The yout further argued that if really Mr. Brekorang ofosu has secured a fund, then there are other needs that he could channel the funds into. “How can on-going project at the lentil level be stopped by a DCE when someone wants to complete it?”, the youth retorted.

AKWATIA DCE, SETH BREKORANG OFOSU.

Hon. MP for Akwatia, Mr. Boakye Yiadom aka Okoyo is giving similar project a facelift at Akyem Kusi to the admiration of the people in the area.

All these were part of his promises to his constituent and he is delivering them one after the other on his mandate.
