At a meeting on Tuesday, 27th July, 2021 the Functional Executive Committee (FEC) of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) has at long last dismissed Samuel Koku Ayindoho from the party.
Koku Ayindoho’s dismissal followed the report and recommendations of the National Disciplinary Committee on the case of misconduct and anti-party behaviour brought against him.
His sacked was pursuant to article 48 (1) (9) (a) of the National Democratic Congress’s (NDC’s) Constitution.
The Committee’s report which was copied Mr. Koku Ayindoho, found him guilty of allegations of misconduct and anti-party behaviour and recommended his outright expulsion from the Party.
The letter signed by the General Secretary of the party, Johnson Asiefu Nketia directed that pursuant to article 48 (10) of the Party’s Constitution requested of Mr Koku Ayindoho to return any party property that may be in his custody and he shall also forfeit any moneys, dues or subscription fees that he may have made to the Party.
