LaDMA MCE Donates safety kits to Drivers

The La Dade Kotopon NDC Parliamentary Candidate (PC), Madam Rita Naa Odoley Sowah, has supplied first aid kits to commercial drivers operating in the La Dade Kotopon area.

The kit which has medications including paracetamol, jenction violet, medical gauze, gloves and other medical supplies was to enable the drivers provide first aid to passengers onboard their vehicles.

Her intention is also to help ensure the safety of drivers and their conductors. Handing over the kits to the drivers, Madam Rita Naa Odoley Sowah said the return of the NDC and for that matter their vote for her to become Member of Parliamentary for the area is a sure means to better development in the La Dade Kotopon Constituency.

She maintained that she has never failed them as a people and she will never disappoint them when given the nod on December 7, 2020.

Madam Naa Odoley Sowah, mentioned that aside ensuring every constituent benefits from the national cake under the NDC, among the many support to be given to the people of La, she will also introduce quarterly health screening for commercial drivers to enable them to know their health status and to keep fit at all times.

The La Trotro Branch chairman, Cornelius Nikoi Kotei, who was could not hide his joy commended the Madam Odoley Sowah for her regular support. He however appealed to her to help to secure their earmarked land at Tse Addo to enable them to have a better lorry terminal from which they can operate more efficiently.

Other drivers who could not also hide their joy at the kit provided them prayed for victory for Madam Naa Odoley Sowah and the NDC.
