The Ghana Institute of Social Democracy (GISD) has joined the National Democrtic congress (NDC) Rescue Mission to help rescue Ghana from the incompetent pair of hands to save the country from collapse.
In a ceremony in Accra, the NDC inaugurated an 11-member campaign team of the school dubbed GISD Alumni to assist the party gunner more votes to win the upcoming December 7 polls.

Jamilatu Ibrahim is the President leading the closed to eleven (11) Executive member from the NDC Political School called the GISD Alumni. The main course of the Old Students is to help the party to recover both the Presidential and Parliamentary seats in the upcoming December 7 general elections.
Peter Boamah Otukunor, Deputy NDC General Secretary, in his address on behalf of the General Secretary, Johnson Asiedu Nketia explained how impactful the party’s training school has been over the years since its establishment in 2017.

“We have done a lot after the establishment of the school and the institution has become a Political Educational Institution with choice in the sub-region; dwelling to establish interest in most of our training programmes, not only has our training programmes been beneficial to most of our members, but also, it has actually shaped and improved the way we do things as a political party”, he added.

The National Chairman of NDC, Samuel Ofosu-Ampofo’s inaugural Speech, he congratulated the President, Madam Ibrahim and her able Executive members of the GISD Alumni group and urged them to stay focus for the party to attain victory in the upcoming elections.
He informed the GISD Alumni campaign team that the People’s Manifesto has a lot in it which they could use in their campaign to harness votes for the party in the December 7 polls.

He said the manifesto makes the NDC to start ruling from opposition because the Nana Addo led governing NPP are implementing the people’s manifesto and abandoned their real empty manifesto they (NPP) launched ahead of the NDC launch.

Chairman Ofosu-Ampofo laments that Ghanaians would not forgive the NDC if they failed to rescue the nation from the incompetent pair of hands of Nana Addo and Dr. Mahmoud Bawumia because they are looking up to the NDC for freedom.
Under the Nana Akuffo-Addo led NPP administration, the country’s peace is under a serious threat, arguing that the NPP government is deliberately creating the tention in the country in an attempt to supress votes, especially in the NDC strongholds.

On her part, the GISD ALUMNI President, Madam Jamilatu Ibrahim told National Tymes in an interview that this year’s elections appear to be a crucial one hence it behoves upon the to join in the campaign throughout the country to canvass to for votes.

She reiterated the GISD had little over 9 thousand students across the country and still counting, so this could help make their campaign easy for the NDC snatch power in December polls.
