JOMORO NDC PC Donates to Half-Assini SHS

The Parliamentary Candidate, PC for Jomoro Constituency on the NDC ticket, Madam Dorcas Affo-Toffey has donated four (4) giant dust bins and several pieces of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to Half-Assini Senior High School (HASCO) in the Western Region.

The timely donation of PPEs to the staff and students of the School by the NDC Parliamentary Candidate, PC was aimed at supplementing government’s provision which were short supply.

The HASCO benefitted hugely from Madam Affo-Toffey’s continuous generosity. She also presented a number of dust bins to help the school to curb its sanitation inconveniences and  challenges which came to Madam Affo-Toffey’s attention.

The donation was received on behalf of the school by the Headmaster, Mr. Patrick Agyei Ampaw. The short ceremony coincided with a party for the outgoing students organised by the school’s Authorities.

He thanked Madam Dorcas Affo-Toffey for the benevolence she has demonstrated throughout the Jomoro Constituency and encouraged her to continue with the good work she has started.

There was spontaneous cheering among the student body when Madam Affo-Toffey made her appearance into the Assembly Hall. She reiterated her commitment to the welfare of the students and further assured them of her support towards their development.

The Jomoro NDC PC also advised and encouraged the school authorities to remain focused on their vision as the future of Jomoro depends on them.

She was accompanied by Godwin Sokey, Constituency Deputy Secretary, Emmanuel Benle, Deputy Communications Officer for the Jomoro Constituency.

Other beneficiary public institutions of Madam Dorcas Affo-Toffey’s PPEs donation in earlier included the Half Assini Police Command, Half Assini Fire Station, Elubo, Jaway Wharf, Newtown, Ellenda Wharf Immigration and Customs respectively.

The Half Assini Government Hospital, Ekabaku Clinic, Siloam Gospel Hospital, Tikobo Clinic, Martin Clinic and several private health facilities were not left out.

Other classified groups who have also benefitted from Hon. Dorcas Affo-Toffey’s benevolence were the transport unions, markets women, churches and workers associations across Jomoro.
