The National Democratic Congress Parliamentary Candidate for Ketu South, Dzifa Gomashie, has promised to secure not less than 130,000 votes in the upcoming general elections on December 7, 2020.

According to the former Deputy Minister of Tourism and Creative Arts in the NDC led John Mahama administrations, she has won in advance but “currently, I’m working hard to give JM more votes from here, for victory”.

Maamaa Dzifa Gomashie files her Nomination to Pose more Danger to NPP

She promised clean and issue based campaign,…..”during my primaries, at no point did I misconducted myself or speak about any aspirant, and I want you to remember that”.

The PC further assured the people of her dedication and commitment to serving Ketu South in a very descent manner.

“I pledged that, I will be the example and a reference point in this constituency”, she emphasized.

She made these proclamations when the Constituency Executives led her to the Municipal Office at Tokor to file her nomination forms to show her preparedness to maximize votes for JM and herself on Ketu South.

Maamaa Dzifa appears a serious threat to the ruling NPP in Ketu South Constituency who wish she could be disqualified. To this effect, her forms were carefully scrutinized and received by the Returning Officer, Gabriel Kupoalor.

Madam Dzifa later proceeded to officially introduce herself to the Municipality EC Boss, Kofi Sakyi Boampong, where she was given the green light to campaign proper.

She was thankful and praised the EC but charged that they remain and exhibit professionalism exhibited.

Prof. Naana Jane, Ghana’s next Veep.

The EC has started receiving the filled-out nomination forms for the presidential and parliamentary candidates from Monday, October 5 to Friday, October 9, 2020, between 9 am to 12 noon and 2pm to 5pm each day.
