PRESIDENT-ELECT of the Republic of Ghana, H.E. John Dramani Mahama, has announced his 2024 Transition Team, tasked with ensuring a seamless transfer of power to his incoming administration.

In a statement signed by the National Communications Officer of the NDC, Sammy Gyamfi (Esq.) who happens to be the Spokesperson for the President-Elect states that, the Team, appointed in line with the Presidential (Transition) Act, 2012 (Act 845), comprises seasoned professionals from diverse sectors such as finance, governance, and public administration.

The members of the Transition Team, who will collaborate with the outgoing government, include:
Hon. Julius Debrah – Co-Chairperson
Hon. Johnson Asiedu Nketia – Member
Hon. Fifi Fiavi Kwetey – Member
Dr. Callistus Mahama – Member/Secretary to the Transition Team
Dr. Valerie Sawyer – Member
Prof. Kwamena Ahwoi – Member
Hon. Dr. Cassiel Ato Forson – Member
Hon. Mahama Ayariga – Member
Hon. Goosie Tanoh – Member
Dr. Edward Omane Boamah – Member
Additionally, Rt. Hon. Edward Doe Adjaho has been nominated as a member of the Transitional Advisory Council.
