The Branch of NDC Constituency Executives in the South Tongu of the Volta Region wishes to express our words of congratulation to the National Chairman of the Great NDC party, Hon. Johnson Asiedu Nketia.
We further commended the other National Executives who were also elected base on loyalty, respect, commitment to probity, transparency and accountability at the 10th National Delegates Congress held in Accra last Saturday 17th December, 2022.
The Executive Committee and ranks and files of our party in South Tongu highly appreciated the National Planning Committee, chaired by Hon. Alex Segbefia and the entire membership of the Party for the peaceful manner in which this year’s Congress was organized to elect National Executives who were elected legitimately to man the affairs of the party for the next four years and to ensure victory 2024.
As it is used to be, we in the NDC has once again demonstrated to the entire world that we are a true democratic party more than capable and ready to rescue and assume governance that will reflect the life of her people from January 2025.
We cannot under estimate the unitary posture of both the winners and losers and the love demonstrated by the rank and file of the party at the just ended National Delegates Conference.
It is very important for one to reflect the action and the language spoken in clear terms by the delegates across the country that, POWER is what we need in 2024 to reduce the current economic hardship we are subjected to by the failed NPP Nana Akufo-Addo led administration.
The South Tongu NDC Executives would also like to express a word of appreciation to His Excellency John Dramani Mahama, Volta Regional Executives, Our Member of Parliament, Hon. Kobby Mensah Woyome and indefatigable son of the land Hon. Stan Xose Dogbey for their immense support for our stayed in Accra over the weekend.
We the NDC family in South Tongu also congratulates our brothers and sisters who put up themselves for elections and won the various positions to represent the region at the national level. It is our prayer that together we will revive the spirit of Volta for victory in 2024. Do not forget your home region after victory is granted.
In the discharge of your duty, always remember to use inspiration from the national anthem, the founder of the Great NDC Party, the oath of office and the party’s anthem.
