The Youth Organizer of the East Ayawaso Constituency in Accra has distributed a number of motorbikes to some members in the area.
The Youth Organiser, Hajia Mariam Aminu in an interview with Nationaltymes.com, said her aim was to empower the youth in the organisational work in the Constituency.
According to her, the workload in the Constituency is very enormous and would need nobility such as motorbikes to enable the members work effectively and efficiently in mobilising the youth for canvassing votes to enable the NDC wins the 2024 general elections hence the gesture.
Addressing the gathering, the NDC National Youth Organizer, George Opare Addo aka Pablo urged the youth to close ranks and work together in order to return the NDC to power.
He hnted amongst many other things that the party has a lot for the youth of NDC and it will be helpful if they work with the Constituency youth Organiser for their benefit whenever the NDC is back to power.
Present at the event were Mustapha Nii Ashong, Greater Accra Regional NDC Youth Organizer, East Ayawaso Deputy Youth Organiser, Abdulai Ahmed and the ward Coordinators in the Constituency.
The Greater Accra Regional Youth Organiser who is also aspiring for the NDC regional Chairmanship position, urged the party folks present to embark on a clean campaign so that the upcoming election would rather unite the NDC front in the East Ayawaso Constituency.
