Some Police personnel from the Greater Accra Regional Command have turned themselves into Landguards at Oblieman-opah, a suburb of Ga West Municipality harassing landlords.

PHILIP KWAKU PERDISON, ONE OF THE TWO POLICE CID FROM THE GREATER ACCRA REGIONAL COMMAND.

One Chinese national, Hueng Rui Chin, now deceased, was litigating against Nii Ayitey Anumle Oyanka at the Accra High Court, Land Division after he (Chinese) was caught with forged documents to take possession of parcels of land.

Information reaching Nationaltymes.com reveals that on September 13, 2022, two Police officers from the Regional CID arrested landlords and shop owners who were living in the area for close 2 decades with the allegations that their completed homes and shops are sitting on a parcel of lands belonging to this Chinese national, Rui Chin.

This deceased Chinese national, Hueng Rui Chin has not been substituted yet and the case has been adjourned sine die.

Nationaltymes.com chanced upon letters the lawyers of Nii Oyanga wrote to warn these unscrupulous police officers, Philip Kweku Perdison and Benjamin Kaba and copied the Greater Accra Regional Police Commander, DCOP Dr. Sayibu Gariba, to desist from going to the area.

The letter further reminded them that the case with suit No.IRL/131/15 titled Bannitex Vrs Bezaleel Zola is still before the High Court. The letter indicated that their actions constitute contempt of court and they must be careful.

Further information indicated that the Regional Police CID last year gave an unsolicited and bias report to the High Court which is currently on Appeal.

Below are copies of the letters.
