Comrade Geoffrey Attakli-Banini, the Ablekuma South Constituency Chairman of the opposition NDC has suggested that it’s high time the party resource the United Cadres Front, UCF to maintain the youth who were used for the 31st December Anniversary parade.

Mr. Attakli-Banini was impressed with the Scintillating performance the youth put up during the 40th Anniversary of the 31st December Revolution Commemoration parade at Ablekuma Central in Accra on Friday, December 31, 2021.

He noted the young men and women in their black and white uniform displayed quality and sparkling performance last year at Osikan at Odododiodio in Accra. “And they repeated same performance today too, to the admiration of everyone here”, Chairman Attakli-Banini emphasized.

To this effect, he stated in an interview with Nationaltymes.com during the event at Ablekuma Central in Accra that it is high time the NDC as a party resource the UCF so that this youth would not be difficult to mobilize to the disadvantage of the NDC in future.

“……their performance showed they are complete future security personnel being groomed automatically by the Cadres/NDC”, Attakli-Banini anticipated.

He lauded the manner in which the NDC Cadres are trying to mentor such young men and women to take up what the then Ghana Armed Forces were doing some decades ago during the celebration of the 31st December Revolution Anniversary at the Independence Square in Accra.
