The Ablekuma South Constituency Chairman of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Comrade Geoffrey Attakli-Banini sees the ruling New Patriotic Party, NPP as “vampires” on Ghanaians.

To this effect, he was re-energized that the United Cadres Front, UCF have resolved once again to work assiduously to help ensure the NDC rescues Ghana come 2024 from the contemporary governing vampire, NPP, led by President (Nana) Addo Danquah Akufo-Addo and his ever-lying Vice-President, Dr. Mahamoudu Bawumia.
Chairman Attakli-Banini argued that “a try me and see” President Akufo-Addo government has messed up the country and engaged in numerous scandalous deals which have the tendency to mortgage and compromise Ghana’s future.

He retorted that Ghana is going through all these because the current leaders are a crop of liars who unfortunately are leading innocent Ghanaians.
Comrade Chairman Attakli-Banini spoke in an interview with Nationaltymes.com at the get-together organised by the UCF, Ablekuma South branch to socialize as they prepare to re-energize and maximize the support base of the Front in the area.

He was elated that the programme was organised by the Cadres who are the root of the NDC and suffered for the party across the then 10 regions of Ghana for its formation.
According to him, It saddened his heart that these bunch of people who dedicated all their lives and worked harder for NDC to live are today relegated to the background where a number of them are bedwriding and others suffering from serious and various health conditions.

He noted that the few who are of age and needed to rest are still working for the NDC to rescue Ghana from the contemporary vampire NPP administration.
He further hinted this portal that through the efforts of Cadres the NDC used to have associations amongst professionals in the country like the Doctors, Teachers, Judiciary and a host of others.
He also expressed his disappointment in the NDC’s failure to really uphold to high esteem everything about the revolution that contributed to this fourth Republic, and to celebrate it to the fullest. This has been one of the downfalls of the NDC today, he lamented.

The Ablekuma South NDC Constituency chairman was quick to salute the UCF Chairman for his area, Comrade Eddie Barnor for his hard work and principle and all other Cadre members, especially those from Greater Accra Region and National for their support.
In a related interview with the Chairman of the occasion, Hon Comtade Samuel Nuamah Donkor, former Health Minister, Ashanti Regional Minister and the immediate past STC Boss, he iterated that the event was to try to bring back the Cadres who had worked tirelessly for the NDC since 1992.

This was to appreciate the role they played through to the formation of the NDC, he added.
Hon. Nuamah Donkor equates the NDC Cadres to the young pioneers of the days of Convention People’s Party, CPP led Dr. Kwame Nkrumah, Ghana’s first President.
He explained that when the revolution was launched, the Cadres were the watchdogs, but most of them today are old. To this, efforts are being made to get young people to take over.
Comrade Nuamah Donkor urged the older persons to introduce their children, younger siblings, friends and make other young people to join Cadre Call to be educated on the relevance of revolution and social democratic principles.
