Desperado President Addo Dankwah Akuffo-Addo has directed lincense should be issued to all teachers across the country.

This last minute move was the Education Ministry was unenabled to make the teachers to write the lincensial examinations since Nana Addo introduced that examination.

The Akuffo-Addo led New Patriotic Party, NPP government introduced the lincensial examination in his bid to reduce number of teacher in-take to teach at the public schools in Ghana despite teacher difficult in the country.

Former President John Dramani Mahama promised to scrap this NPP-teacher lincensial examination when voted into power in 2021, this was to rather reduce teacher deficit by bridging the gap in the public schools.

This scares Akuffo-Addo and the NPP and quickly suspended the lincensial examination to get votes. The Nana Addo led NPP administration now decided to issue license to all teachers across board in lieu of their votes come December 7 general elections.

President Akuffo-Addo also directed that each teacher should be payed additional Ghc1, 200 and non-teaching staff Ghc1,000 as their motivational package based on their ranks.

This is to motivate the teachers to mistakenly vote for him and the NPP again to retain power at all cost. All this sad moves was as a result of the fact that Nana Addo and NPP have disappointed Ghanaians and have little to show with over Ghc140billion loans contracted in just 4 years.

President Akuffo-Addo further asked that the amount dished out to motivate teachers and non-teaching staff for their votes should be taxed. The breakdown as follows, the allowance of Ghc1,200 less National Teaching Council (NTC) certificate of Ghc100, less Income tax Ghc240 with Ghc860 money left as the real allowance for votes.
