THE USA Zango Caucus, led by its Coordinator Alhaji Abdul-Salaam Zeeba, came out in their numbers to warmly welcome President John Dramani Mahama to New York during his visit for the 80th United Nations General Assembly (UNGA).
Holding placards with messages such as “JM – The Nation Builder” and “Thank You for Solving Dumsor,” the group showed strong solidarity and appreciation for the President’s leadership, achievements and the ongoing Reset Agenda in Ghana.
The group later joined President Mahama at a dinner event, where he shared a few thoughts on Ghana’s progress and the importance of unity among Ghanaians in the diaspora.

He thanked them for their continued support and encouraged them to keep contributing positively to Ghana’s development.
President Mahama is in New York as part of his official duties, covering the UNGA and holding engagements with Ghanaian communities and international stakeholders.

The warm gesture by the USA Zango Caucus is one of many signs of growing diaspora support for Mahama’s leadership and vision.
