
HON. VICTORIA Dzeklo, Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) for South Tongu, participated in a vibrant programme organized by the National Union of Tongu Students and Associates (NUTSA) at Adidome Senior High School.
The event focused on youth empowerment and educational development, drawing notable figures including Hon. Dodzi Mornyuie, District Chief Executive for Central Tongu, and Hon. James Gunu, Volta Regional Minister.

In her address, Hon. Dzeklo commended NUTSA for its dedication to uniting students and fostering community growth. She emphasized the government’s commitment to prioritizing education and creating opportunities for youth to thrive.
She stated that, “Investing in our youth is synonymous with investing in the future of our nation”. She also urged students to avoid drug abuse, maintain personal hygiene, and focus on their academic pursuits. Hon. Dzeklo pledged support for future NUTSA initiatives aimed at nurturing future leaders.

On her part, Hon. Dodzi Mornyuie highlighted local efforts to enhance educational infrastructure and student welfare, reaffirming Central Tongu’s dedication to empowering youth through quality education.
Hon. James Gunu, Volta Regional Minister lauded the collaboration between NUTSA, local leaders, and educational institutions, emphasizing the region’s focus on sustainable development.

The event concluded with a tour of Adidome SHS facilities, symbolizing a collective commitment to strengthening educational frameworks and fostering youth development in the region.
