MADAM SANDRA Sandra Seyram Kpedor has been confirmed as the new District Chief Executive (DCE) for Anloga District, Ghana, after a confirmation exercise held on April 10, 2025.President John Dramani Mahama nominated her for the position.

– Total Voters: 41
– Valid Votes Cast: 40
– Rejected Votes: 1 (2% of total votes)
– Yes Votes: 29 (71% of valid votes)
– No Votes: 11 (27% of valid votes)
In her acceptance speech, Madam Kpedor promised to serve in unity, peace, and determination, working effortlessly with district assembly members and the Anloga community.
She vowed to adhere to the president’s agenda for resetting Ghana, which she believes will positively impact Anloga District.
On his part, the Regional Minister, Mr. James Gunu expressed confidence in the new DCE and urged party members and the community to work harmoniously with her for the growth and development. He also promised to address key infrastructural challenges in the district.

Anloga District is one of the 18 administrative districts in the Volta Region of Ghana, with a population of approximately 94,895 people. The district is committed to promoting transparency, accountability, and citizen participation in governance, as outlined in its 2023-2024 action plan.
