THE MEMBER of Parliament for the Salaga South Constituency, Hon. Zuwera Mohammed Ibrahimiah, has commissioned a newly constructed public toilet facility at Makango as part of efforts to improve sanitation and hygiene in the community.
Speaking to the media during the commissioning ceremony, Hon. Ibrahimiah expressed gratitude to Allah for the successful completion of the project, noting that the facility is intended to serve the people of Makango and enhance their overall quality of life.

She explained that she does not place much emphasis on elaborate ceremonies and had assumed the facility was already in use, given that it was constructed solely for the benefit of the community. However, upon realizing that it had not yet been officially opened for public use, she decided to formally commission it to allow residents to begin using the facility without delay.

The commissioning of the Makango public toilet facility marks another significant step in the ongoing efforts to promote public health and improve access to basic social infrastructure within the Salaga South Constituency.
